The Passionata in Troia

The Passionata is a typical dessert of the village of Troia, made with ricotta cheese, almond paste and sponge cake. They say it is worth tasting it while admiring the Cathedral: consider it a synaesthetic and multi-sensory experiment, enjoyment of the eyes and palate, a short circuit of sensations where formidable beauty and delicious flavour come together. This activity can be conveniently enjoyed from your seat at the Pasticceria Artigianale Lucia Casoli which is located in Cathedral Square.
